My sculpture centres on the human form and often involves overlapping or fragmented imagery. I develop ideas from observation drawings, digital imagery and written works. Each piece takes two to three months in the initial clay stage and a further two months to complete if being cast.
I am currently producing a body of work for exhibition that reflects on how individuals are imprinted and formed by personal experience and surroundings. The work is initially being constructed in clay and fired prior to being cast in bronze.
